This Privacy Policy describes how PERELIDOZ Club ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Svitlana Cherednychok (Sole Proprietor) located at 29565 Hubble Way, Murrieta, CA 92563, USA, collects, uses, and protects information you provide when subscribing to PERELIDOZ Club community updates (by email and/or SMS) at https://join.perelidoz.club/ ("the Site"). "PERELIDOZ Club" is a registered Fictitious Business Name (DBA) on file with the Riverside County Clerk-Recorder, Riverside County, California (File #R-202607284, filed May 14, 2026).
1. Information we collect
When you subscribe to PERELIDOZ Club updates, we collect:
- Your name (optional).
- Your email address (optional, used to deliver email updates only if you also check the email consent checkbox).
- Your US mobile phone number (optional, used to deliver SMS reminders only if you also check the SMS consent checkbox).
- The timestamp, IP address, and user-agent at the moment you submit the subscription form, stored for compliance and audit purposes.
- The exact consent text(s) shown to you and the fact that you checked the relevant consent checkbox(es).
You must provide at least one contact channel (email or phone). Email and SMS subscriptions are managed independently: opting into one does not opt you into the other.
We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and email are used solely to deliver the PERELIDOZ Club notifications you subscribed to.
2. SMS opt-in and consent
SMS opt-in is standalone and optional. SMS subscription is not a condition of purchasing PERELIDOZ Club membership, completing any payment, accessing content, or using any service. You can use PERELIDOZ Club without ever subscribing to SMS, and you can subscribe to email updates without providing a phone number.
By submitting the subscription form at https://join.perelidoz.club/ with a US mobile phone number entered and the SMS consent checkbox checked, you provide express written consent to receive recurring SMS messages from PERELIDOZ Club about webinar reminders, event details, payment confirmations, new content alerts, and similar account notifications at the mobile number you provided.
3. SMS message frequency, rates, and carriers
Message frequency varies based on PERELIDOZ Club activity (typically 2–6 SMS messages per month). Msg & data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. SMS opt-out (unsubscribe)
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from PERELIDOZ Club. Opt-out keywords STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are managed automatically by Twilio Advanced Opt-Out. After opting out you will receive a single confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and no further SMS messages will be sent.
You can also email support@perelidoz.club with subject "SMS OPT-OUT" requesting removal of your phone number.
5. Email unsubscribe
Every PERELIDOZ Club email includes an unsubscribe link in the footer in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act. You can also email support@perelidoz.club with subject "Email Unsubscribe" to be removed from the email list.

Reply HELP to any SMS for assistance, or email support@perelidoz.club.
7. Data retention
Phone numbers, email addresses, and consent records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus a reasonable audit period after opt-out (typically 4 years) to demonstrate TCPA and CAN-SPAM compliance. After this period, records are deleted or anonymized.
8. Data security
Data is transmitted over TLS (HTTPS) and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. We use industry-standard practices to protect against unauthorized access.
9. Third-party SMS processor
SMS messages are sent through Twilio Inc., a US-based licensed messaging provider. Twilio's privacy practices are available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.
10. Children
PERELIDOZ Club services and the subscription program are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting subscribers will be communicated by email and/or SMS.
