This Privacy Policy describes how PERELIDOZ Club ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Svitlana Cherednychok (Sole Proprietor) located at 17734 E Oakwood Pl, Aurora, CO 80016-3121, USA, collects, uses, and protects information you provide when subscribing to SMS notifications at https://join.perelidoz.club/ ("the Site").

1. Information we collect

When you subscribe to SMS notifications, we collect:

• Your mobile phone number (required).
• Your name (optional).
• The timestamp, IP address, and user-agent at the moment you submit the opt-in form, stored for compliance and audit purposes.
• The exact consent text shown to you and the fact that you checked the consent checkbox.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the SMS notifications you subscribed to.

2. SMS opt-in and consent

SMS opt-in is standalone and optional. SMS subscription is not a condition of purchasing PERELIDOZ Club membership, completing any payment, accessing content, or using any service. You can use PERELIDOZ Club without ever subscribing to SMS.

By submitting the opt-in form at https://join.perelidoz.club/ with the consent checkbox checked, you provide express written consent to receive recurring SMS messages from PERELIDOZ Club about webinar reminders, event details, payment confirmations, new content alerts, and similar account notifications.

3. SMS message frequency, rates, and carriers

Message frequency varies based on PERELIDOZ Club activity. Msg & data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt-out (unsubscribe)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from PERELIDOZ Club. Opt-out keywords STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are managed automatically by Twilio Advanced Opt-Out. After opting out you will receive a single confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.

6. Data retention

Phone numbers and consent records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus a reasonable audit period after opt-out (typically 4 years) to demonstrate TCPA compliance. After this period, records are deleted or anonymized.

7. Data security

Data is transmitted over TLS (HTTPS) and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. We use industry-standard practices to protect against unauthorized access.

8. Third-party SMS processor

SMS messages are sent through Twilio Inc., a US-based licensed messaging provider. Twilio's privacy practices are available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.

9. Children

PERELIDOZ Club services and the SMS notification program are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting SMS subscribers will be communicated by SMS.
