Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using this site (https://join.perelidoz.club/) and subscribing to PERELIDOZ Club community updates (by email and/or SMS), you ("you", "subscriber") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") between you and PERELIDOZ Club, owned and operated by Svitlana Cherednychok (Sole Proprietor), 29565 Hubble Way, Murrieta, CA 92563, USA ("we", "us", "our"). "PERELIDOZ Club" is a registered Fictitious Business Name (DBA) on file with the Riverside County Clerk-Recorder, Riverside County, California (File #R-202607284, filed May 14, 2026).
2. The subscription service
PERELIDOZ Club operates a subscription program that delivers recurring notifications about webinar reminders, event details, payment confirmations, new content alerts, and similar account notifications for PERELIDOZ Club members and prospective members.
Notifications are delivered by:
- Email — only if you provide an email address on the subscription form and check the email consent checkbox.
- SMS ("the SMS Program") — only if you provide a US mobile phone number on the subscription form and check the SMS consent checkbox.
Email and SMS subscriptions are managed independently. Opting into one does not opt you into the other; unsubscribing from one does not affect the other.
3. Standalone, optional service
The subscription program is standalone and optional. Subscription (whether by email or SMS) is not a condition of purchasing PERELIDOZ Club membership, completing any payment, accessing content, or using any service. You can use PERELIDOZ Club without ever subscribing, and you can unsubscribe from either channel at any time without affecting your PERELIDOZ Club membership or any service.
4. Express consent (SMS Program)
By submitting the subscription form on https://join.perelidoz.club/ with a US mobile phone number provided and the SMS consent checkbox checked, you provide express written consent to receive recurring SMS messages from PERELIDOZ Club at that mobile number. You confirm the phone number you submit is your own and you are at least 18 years of age.
5. SMS message frequency, rates, carriers
- Message frequency varies based on PERELIDOZ Club activity (typically 2–6 SMS messages per month).
- Msg & data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan.
- Mobile carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- The Program is currently available to subscribers using US-based mobile carriers.
- Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver the SMS notifications you subscribed to.
6. Opt-out
You can opt out of the SMS Program at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. Opt-out keywords STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT are managed automatically. After opting out you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent unless you re-subscribe by reply START or UNSTOP.
You can also unsubscribe from email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any PERELIDOZ Club email or by emailing support@perelidoz.club with subject "Email Unsubscribe".
7. Help
Reply HELP to any SMS to receive a message with our contact information, or email support@perelidoz.club.
8. Permitted use
You agree not to use the Program for any unlawful purpose, not to provide contact information that does not belong to you, and not to circumvent opt-out mechanisms.
9. No warranty
The Program is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Message delivery, timing, and content are not guaranteed.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PERELIDOZ Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Program.
11. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes affecting subscribers will be communicated by email or SMS. Continued use of the Program after modifications constitutes acceptance.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Program at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
