Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using this site (https://join.perelidoz.club/) and subscribing to PERELIDOZ Club SMS notifications, you ("you", "subscriber") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") between you and PERELIDOZ Club, owned and operated by Svitlana Cherednychok (Sole Proprietor), 17734 E Oakwood Pl, Aurora, CO 80016-3121, USA ("we", "us", "our").

2. The SMS notification service

PERELIDOZ Club operates an SMS notification program ("the Program") that delivers recurring text messages about webinar reminders, event details, payment confirmations, new content alerts, and similar account notifications for PERELIDOZ Club members and prospective members.

3. Standalone, optional service

The Program is standalone and optional. SMS subscription is not a condition of purchasing PERELIDOZ Club membership, completing any payment, accessing content, or using any service. You can use PERELIDOZ Club without ever subscribing to SMS, and you can unsubscribe from SMS at any time without affecting your PERELIDOZ Club membership or any service.

4. Express consent

By submitting the opt-in form on https://join.perelidoz.club/ with the consent checkbox checked, you provide express written consent to receive recurring SMS messages from PERELIDOZ Club. You confirm the phone number you submit is your own and you are at least 18 years of age.

5. Message frequency, rates, carriers

• Message frequency varies based on PERELIDOZ Club activity.
• Msg & data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan.
• Mobile carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• The Program is currently available to subscribers using US-based mobile carriers.

6. Opt-out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opt-out keywords STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT are managed automatically. After opting out you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe by reply START or UNSTOP.

7. Help

Reply HELP to any SMS to receive a message with our contact information, or email support@perelidoz.club.

8. Permitted use

You agree not to use the Program for any unlawful purpose, not to provide a phone number that does not belong to you, and not to circumvent opt-out mechanisms.

9. No warranty

The Program is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Message delivery, timing, and content are not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PERELIDOZ Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Program.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes affecting subscribers will be communicated by SMS or email. Continued use of the Program after modifications constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Program at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
